1.) After delivering hits like Main Hoon Na and Om Shaanti Om, the hit duo Farah Khan-Shahrukh Khan are back with Happy New Year ! If you have liked their earlier films, you will surely love HNY too. Happy New Year seems to be a perfect mix of dance, action, comedy, drama, thrill and above all a big star-cast cast and banner. In short, the movie has all the ingredients of a perfect Bollywood masala flick which are generally loved by masses.

2.) With Om Shaanti Om and Chennai Express declared blockbusters, Deepika-SRK are back again on the silver screen to make you swoon on their romance !
3.) Rumor has it that SRK’s youngest son AbRam will be doing a special appearance in the movie! Now this is a definite treat for all the fan!
4.) SRK finally got girls drooling with his 8 pack abs for the movie. He sure does look hot at 48!
5.) The songs of HNY are already chart busters. Be it the romantic Manwaa Laage or the foot tapping Indiawaale or the sultry Lovely – the album has everything for music lovers !

5 reasons to NOT watch Happy New Year
1.) Going by the trailer and promos of HNY, it seems to us that Farah Khan made Tees Maar Khan 2. The trailer has a very striking resemblance to TMK – the plot (Robbery), hit pairing (Akshay-Katrina and SRK-Deepika) an item song to save the film(Sheila and Lovely) etc.
2.) The trailer showed us quite a lot of eye pleasing visuals. However, this has been a signature style of Farah Khan. She always makes sure there are plenty visuals for the fans. However, this makes it lack in the plot.

3.) In the trailer and promos, Deepika is seen talking in annoying Marathi accent just like her Chennai Express character where she did the Tamil accent. Enough of different accents in your every film Deepika !
4.) Huge unlikely star cast assembled by Farah Khan – Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shaah, who are actually not placed well in the film. To top it all, there’s Jackie Shroff in the film too !
5.) Even though Indiawaale, Manwaa Laage and Lovely made it to the chart busters, other songs of the movie are ear-paining. Nonsense ki night, Satakli etc are a complete no-no!
