1. She is a Jewelry Designer!
Kriti Kharbanda was born in New Delhi into a Punjabi family. Before entering the world of cinema, Kriti graduated from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College and also holds a diploma in Jewelry Designing. During her college days, she worked as a model for various commercials.
2. Born to be an actress
As a child, Kriti was featured in a number of advertisements and she has admitted that she always loved doing TV commercials. She never had any plans of becoming an actress but her photo on one of her billboards caught the attention of director Raj Pippala who was looking for a heroine for his film. With her mother’s encouragement, she appeared in her first film Boni, a Telugu action film, in 2009.
3. Best Actress Award
Kriti Kharbanda’s performance in Super Ranga won her the Critics’ Best Actress Award at the 4th South Indian International Movie Awards as well as her first Filmfare Award nomination for Best Actress.
4. Most Desirable Woman of Bangalore
In 2013, Banglore Times named Kriti Kharbanda the Most Desirable Women of Bangalore. That is one title every girl wants!
