Wajah Tum Ho Music Review and Soundtrack- Romantics will love this album!

Vishal Pandya is back with yet another erotic thriller Wajah Tum Ho. It has Sana Khan, Sharman Joshi, Gurmeet Choudhary and Rajniesh Duggall in the lead roles. The director has got different composers on board to handle the music department of the movie. These composers have done an incredible job and we must say that they have impressed the music lovers. Have a look at our Wajah Tum Ho music review-

1. Wajah Tum Ho

Mithoon has composed the title track of the album. He along with Tulsi Kumar has given the vocals of the song. The slow pace of the song keeps you engrossed and the song will grow on you as you hear it more times. The lyrics has been penned by Manoj Muntashir.

2. Wajah Tum Ho

This second version of Wajah Tum Ho has no Tulsi Kumar in it. This all-male version has been sung by Mithoon and Altamash Faridi accompanying him. There’s not difference except that you don’t get to hear Tulsi’s high pitches.

3. Wajah Tum Ho (Lounge)

The lounger version with Altamash Faridi singing all alone gives a whole new angle to the song. You will enjoy this version even more especially because of the addition of instruments like sarod, guitar and tabla. Well done Mithoon!

4. Dil Ke Pass

Composer Abhijit Vaghani has given the reprised version of original Kishore Kumar number from the movie Blackmail. The composer has tried to do his best and not going overboard with the music. Arijit Singh, Tulsi Kumar, Neuman Pinto‘s voices give great support but you can’t help but feel dissatisfied.

5. Dil Ke Pass (Unplugged)

There is an unplugged version of Dil Ke Pass in the album too and this version is much more soothing than the first one. Abhijeet uses lesser instruments this time and we actually get to focus more on the lovely lyrics penned by Rajendra Krishna. Armaan Malik‘s voice is a welcome change!

6. Dil Mein Chhupa Loonga

Meet Bros try their hand at giving Kishore Kumar’s classic romantic number Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass a new touch. The mukhda gives a great start to the song, giving this reprised version a different identity. The rest of the song also plays out well enough thanks to Armaan Malik and Tulsi Kumar‘s voice.

7. Maahi Ve

The super-hit dance number from Kaante gets a reprised version in Wajah Tum Ho. Neha Kakkar gives her voice to the song while composer Gourov Roshin tries to give a new edge to the music. Most of the lyrics are the same except for some minor changes by Kumaar. This song is not bad but to be honest, I liked the original number better.

Here is the complete Wajah Tum Ho jukebox-

Wajah Tum Ho Music Review: Our Final Verdict- The soundtrack of Wajah Tum Ho will not disappoint you if you are looking for some romantic numbers. Yes, most of the numbers are recreations but they are not so bad. Though a bit of originality would have been much better. My pick of the lot would be Wajah Tum Ho (Lounge Mix), Dil Ke Pass (Unplugged) and Dil Mein Chhupa Loonga.

Our Rating- 3 Stars
