Directed by Any Menon, Waiting is the story of two strangers Shiv (Naseeruddin Shah) and Tara(Kalki Koechlin) who get to know each other by chance while waiting in a hospital for their life-partners on life-support to get well. Waiting Trailer teaches you to live with courage, love with faith and laugh with hope.
Waiting is a film not just about the grief of losing a loved one but it is also about confronting your grief with optimism. Kalki Koechlin and Naseeruddin Shah look absolutely perfect in their roles of two strangers in the same boat, looking for answers.
The movie also features Rajat Kapoor, Sushasini Maniratnam, Arjun Mathur, Rajeev Ravindranathan and Ratnabali Bhattacharjee. Produced by Priti Gupta, Manish Mundra, the screenplay is written by Anu Menon, James Ruzicka, dialogues by Atika Chohan and music is given by Mikey McCleary. The movie will hit the big screens on 27th May.
