Sultan Budget, Screen Count, Economics And Box Office Analysis

Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sultan is all set to hit the theaters tomorrow. The movie has created tremendous buzz before its release, thanks to Salman Khan’s star power. Salman will be seen in a titular role of a Haryanvi wrestler in the movie. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by YRF, the movie is expected to take an earth-shattering opening at the Box Office. Let’s have a look at Sultan budget, screen count, economics and other details.

Sultan Budget

As tweeted by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the production cost of the movie is around 70 crores. With 18+ crores spent on advertising and promotion, Sultan budget is around 90 crores.  As per the reports coming, Salman Khan will take the satellite rights as well as some profits if the movie earns 300+ crores. The producers haven’t revealed the official budget and economics yet.

Sultan Screen Count

As reported by us earlier, Sultan will be one of the widest Bollywood releases of all time. The advance booking reports have been tremendous and the movie is certainly releasing on 4000+ screens in India. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Sultan is releasing on 4050 screens in India. In overseas, the movie is releasing on record 1100 screens. Talking about the distribution of screens, 50% of the screens will be allocated to single screens while other 50% will go to multiplexes.

Sultan Certificate and Run Time

Sultan was cleared by censor board with U/A certification. Cleared without any cuts, the movie has a run time of 2 hours 48 minutes.
