There have been a lot of examples in Bollywood which prove that having the right resources isn’t the only thing you need in order to be successful as an actor. To prove this right yet again, we are here with the list of Star Siblings who failed to make it big in Bollywood. Here they are-

Tanishaa Mukherji

Daughter of Tanuja and sister of Kajol, Tanishaa did not have a very successful run in Bollywood. While one of her initial films Sarkar was quite successful, her career went downhill as more of her movies came out. She later appeared in three seasons of Bigg Boss.

Shamita Shetty

Shilpa Shetty’s sister Shamita made her debut with Mohabbatien and was a part of some other successful films like Zeher. But her career as an actress never took off, though she was liked quite a lot as an item girl in songs like Sharara Sharara, Chori Pe Chori etc.

Uday Chopra

Aditya Chopra’s brother Uday tried hard to make it big in Bollywood but he never succeeded in leaving an impact in the viewer’s minds. Today, his acting career is limited to his quirky roles in Dhoom sequels that are produced by Aditya himself.

Esha Deol

Sunny Deol’s step-sister Esha had a strong start in her career with movies like Dhoom, LOC Kargil, Yuva, Kaal, Dus, No Entry which left a good impression in our minds. After giving out flops in a row, she disappeared and tried to make an unsuccessful comeback wit the movie Tell Me O Kkhuda. Today, she is happily married and away from the film industry.

Faisal Khan

While Aamir Khan’s movies are known to be perfect in every sense and they keep making new records every other day, his brother Faisal Khan is completely away from the limelight. He made his debut with the movie Madhosh and also appeared with Aamir in Mela. Now, he is all set to feature in a horror movie titled as Danger.

Sanjay Kapoor

With successful brothers like Boney Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor failed to live up to the expectations of the public. He appeared in films like Prem, Raja, Qayamat: City Under Threat, Julie, and Luck By Chance but he could not enchant the public like Anil did.

Tusshar Kapoor

Ekta Kapoor’s brother Tusshar has been a part of many Bollywood movies and yet he fails to come into the category of successful actors. He has gained a bit of popularity due to his comic roles, yet his fan following is not as huge as that of Ekta Kapoor.

Soha Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan’s sister Soha made her debut with Dil Maange Moore and appeared in films like Shaadi No. 1, Rang De Basanti, Ahista Ahista, Mumbai Meri Jaan, Tum Mile, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns. She even proved that she can act but things simply did not work out for her.

Luv Sinha

Very few people know that Sonakshi Sinha’s brother Luv made her debut in the year 2010. The movie Sadiyaan came and go without anyone noticing and so did Luv Sinha’s career. He hasn’t appeared in any film since then.

Sohail Khan

Salman Khan’s brother Sohail did his best to make it in Bollywood. With movies like Maine Dil Tujhko Diya, Aryan, Fight Club, I Proud To Be an Indian, he tried to the action hero Bollywood was missing but things did not work out the way he had imagined. He even tried his hand at comedy but even that did not pan out well.

The above examples simply prove that not every person is meant to do the same job as their parents or siblings. Sometimes, we are just meant to do something else entirely. Today, all these actors are happy in their own lives doing whatever they love to do.
