Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor starer Singham Returns has got a bumper opening at Box Office primitively because of the brand name associated with it, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty’s blockbuster jodi and Independence Day holiday.
As per the reports coming, Singham Returns Kicks Kick and Entertainment at Box Office. The movie raked in 32 crores on its opening day exceeding at expectations. Singham Returns is now the highest opening grosser of 2014. Singham Returns beats Kick opening day collection of 26.4 crores.

Released on over 3600 screens across country Singham Returns opened to a tremendous response. In Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan, Singham Returns got 90% opening on single screens. In multiplexes also, movie got a good footfall.
As per the reports, Singham Returns has got a better start in North India as compared to Kick and Chennai Express. In South, the movie is affected by local releases like Anjaam.
Singham Returns is the highest opening grosser for Ajay Devgn beating his previous best Himmatwala. The movie is the second highest opening day grosser for Rohit Shetty after Chennai Express.
This means that there is no scope for Salman Khan’s Kick and Akshay Kumar’s Entertainment at Box Office. Singham Returns has thrashed these two releases at Box Office.
It is yet to be seen how the movie performs on coming days. Singham Returns has fat four days to create magic at Box Office. Well, 100 crores is certainly on cards, it’s just the matter of how many days will it require to cross this figure at Box Office.

Singham Returns will surely be Ajay Devgn’s highest Box Office Grosser. Its a success for Rohit Shetty as well. The movie will be Rohit Shetty’s fifth 100 crore grosser at Box Office. He already has most 100 crore grossers to his credit with Chennai Express, Singham, Bol Bachchan and Golmaal 3.
