Southern beauty Shruti Haasan, who was last seen in Ramaiya Vastavaiya with Girish Kumar will now be seen in an item song in the film Tevar along side Arjun Kapoor. Tevar is an upcoming film directed by Amit Kumar and will be produced by Arjun’s dad Boney Kapoor and his brother Sanjay Kapoor. Tevar will see Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha first time onscreen.
The current news is that Shruti Haasan will do an item song called Madamiya and will be seen in a very sexy and a glamorous avatar. Arjun Kapoor will be shaking leg with her in the song Madamiya and the shooting has already began. Shruti will be seen wearing a maroon blouse and a skirt to add to her looks. The dress will be designed by sisters Riddhi and Siddhi Mapxencar who have also styled Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha, Ileana D’Cruz etc for events. But this will be their first time for an item song and they are pretty much excited for this project.
“The stylist of this item song, Tanya Ghavri, had decided a specific look for the number. With a lot of brainstorming and different ideas, we unanimously decided on a tattered skirt and halter blouse with lot of antique gold jewellery detail on it. We really enjoyed working on this project with Shruti and it’s always pleasure working with Tanya Ghavri. Important thing is the dress has to be comfortable to dance,”
The film will have another party number called Lets Celebrate which will mark the singing debut of Sonakshi. The song will also feature Amplifier fame Imran Khan alongside Arjun. Sonakshi will be seen in a quirky and hot avatar.
