Shahid Kapoor feels proud and happy for Priyanka Chopra’s grand success in Hollywood. The actor, who is currently busy with Vishal Bharadwaj’s Rangoon, said that not just him but the entire film fraternity is proud of her.
Shahid was interacting with the media at the press conference of Zee Cine Awards 2016 and when asked about Priyanka, the actor said, “We are all very very proud of Priyanka. She is doing amazingly well for herself. And the entire fraternity is very proud of her.”
The Haider actors further added, “I am happy to see she taking India to an international platform. I wish her all the best. I think she always had the potential to be an international star and she has proven herself right.”.
Shahid will be the host of this year’s Zee Cine Awards. The actor is currently busy with Vishal Bharadwaj’s Rangoon’s which also stars Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut.
Talking about Priyanka Chopra, the actress is all geared up for her next release Jai Gangaajal slated for release in March 2016. The actress is currently shooting for the next season of American TV series Quantico.
