One of the most highly anticipated Sarbjit Trailer is here and it is intense AF!
Directed by Mary Kom fame Omung Kumar, the Sarbjit trailer is here. Featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Randeep Hooda, Richa Chadda and Darshan Kumaar in lead roles, the movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Sandeep Singh and Omung Kumar.
The trailer brings to us the sad story of Sarabjit Singh, a Punjabi farmer who by mistake crossed the border and was imprisoned and eventually killed in a jail in Pakistan. We can only imagine what plight he suffered in the Pakistani jail. Randeep Hooda brings his character alive in the best way possible. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who plays his sister Dalbir Singh, steals the show in her de-glam avatar. She is seen shouting, pleading and doing the best she can in order to save her brother’s life. We didn’t get to see much of Richa Chadda who plays Sarbjit’s wife.
Sarbjit looks more like a woman-oriented movie telling us about Dalbir’s struggles for her brother’s release from prison. The trailer is filled with some powerful dialogues like “Kyu har Hindustani dushman aur har Pakistani Aatankwadi hai” and “Tum log peeth par waar karna seekhe ho par hum peeth dikhane walon main se nahi”.
The trailer will surely give you goosebumps. We simply can’t wait for the movie to come out soon.
