Raja Natwarlal First Weekend Collections ends on a not so good note, despite having a clean no competition weekend at box office. It is unlucky for Emraan hashmi’s Raja Natwarlal to perform averaged in the first weekend at box office.
Things were expected to pace up for Raja Natwarlal on Sunday but it did not happen and the box office was pretty much similar to Saturday failing to make a good mark.
The movie has practically no competition at Box Office as Mardaani is not a commercial flick, Singham Returns is just trying to close above Dabangg in 100 Crores club and there are no other options. Raja Natwarlal on Saturday saw an occupancy rate varying from 50% to 75% and was able to gross around 8.5 crores as per the early estimates for Saturday.
Raja Natwarlal is a failed gimmick make of a classy comic story, which if placed well could have done wonders. Let’s wait for the next two days before commenting on the movie’s fate on box office.
The movie on 3rd day collected an estimated figure around 6 Crores. Emraan Hashmi is able to attract audiences to cinema, but the movies fails to generate very good word of mouth.
