Raabta 2nd Day Box Office Collection: Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon starrer Raabta witnessed a drop on its second day. This was kind of expected as the movie has been thrashed by the critics. As per the official numbers shared by producers, Raabta 2nd day collection is 5.11 crores.
The movie earned 5.61 crores on the first day and was required to show good growth on Saturday but that didn’t happen. In fact, it saw a small drop which has sealed the box office fate of the film.
Generally, multiplex oriented films pick up pace over the weekend even when the WOM and reviews are not favourable. A drop on Saturday clearly suggests that Raabta has been totally rejected by the audience. The struggle will continue in coming days and the movie is expected to wrap up its journey within the first week. On Sunday, Raabta will drop further as the evening and nights shows will be affected by India Vs SA cricket match.
Raabta Budget, Economics & Expected Box Office Verdict
Raabta has been made on a budget of 50 crores. The movie needs to earn at least 70 crores to be called a hit at the box office. With the collection of 5.11 crores on Saturday, the total collection of Raabta after two days stands at 10.72 crores. With no chances of revival, the box office fate of the movie has been sealed. The film will be a disaster as the producers and distributors have to face huge losses. (Read: Raabta budget and screen count)
