PK creating records before its release : Satellite rights of PK sold for record breaking 85 crores.

Aamir Khan is know for creating and breaking Box Office records. Every time he comes up with a movie at Box Office that becomes a talk of the tinsel talk. Mr. perfectionist is all ready to set the Box Office on fire this December with PK. Though, the release of the movie is long way and the trailer is yet to be released , its creating huge buzz in the trade circuits.

PK is one of the most awaited movie of the year. Its coming from the makers of 3 Idiots and Munna Bhai series so the expectations are bound to huge.

PK has been the talk of the town for last few months or so, thanks to its interesting and crazy posters. The posters of the movie has been well received by the audience and everyone is waiting eagerly for its trailer release.

If the posters were not enough, here is a big news coming up. As per the report by a leading website the satellite rights of Aamir Khan’s PK has been sold for Rs 85 crores to a popular TV channel. Interestingly, the catch in the deal is that the movie has to gross 300 crores at domestic Box Office in order to be eligible this deal.

The makers are very confident of the movie and are sure that the movie will create new records at Box Office. This is the second movie of 2014 post Kick whose satellite rights are sold before its release.

While there are super-hit movies like 2 States, Ek Villian, Herpanti and Shaadi Ke Side Effects that are not finding any takers for satellite rights.

PK staring Aamor Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Anushka Sharma and Shushant Singh Rajput is a satirical comedy. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani the movie is slated for 19 Dec 2014 release.
