Well, the question we have been asking for so long will finally be answered on 28 April 2017. Yes, the official release date of Baahubali 2 has been announced. Filmmaker Karan Johar who distributed the first part of movie in north India tweeted:

Baahubali 2 release date: Yes, the most awaited movies of 2017, Baahubali: The Conclusion will be released on 28 April 2017. Earlier, there were reports that the movie will clash with Furious 8 which is slated for release on 14 April 2017.
As per the reports the shooting of the movie will be completed by the end of September 2016. Director S.S. Rajamouli will the start with the post production work which in itself is a very tedious work.
