Main Tera Hero first weekend collections were good. The movie was able to pick up on Sunday and Saturday and thus grossed around a good total.
Main Tera Hero collected around 22.73 Crores at Box Office. Varun Dhawan, Illeana D’Cruz and Nargis Fakhri’s Main Tera Hero opened on 4th April with a fifth best box office opening for the year 2014. The movie was able to capitalize and grow decently on box office weekend.
The movie collected 6.25 crores on Day 1, 8.03 Crores on Day 2 and 8.10 Crores on Day 3. The third day evening was affected because of India Vs Sri Lanka T20 World Cup Match. The movie released on 24oo screens in India. It enjoyed a healthy 75% occupancy on Saturday and Sunday.
With the movie able to balance between good and bad comments, it is expected that there will be a lot of audiences visiting cineplex for Main Tera Hero. Thus we can see an increase in the collection over the weekend.
