Katrina Kaif is currently gearing up for the release of her latest movie ‘Baar Baar Dekho’. The trailer of the movie was released yesterday and during the trailer launch, Katrina Kaif talked candidly with the media. She was asked how she is dealing with her break-up with Ranbir and she had the best advice about how to deal with life, sadness and heart-break.
“I go to the gym and do some crunches. That is how you deal with it.”
We must say that is a unique and amazing way to deal with a break-up because generally people tend to get depressed and stop caring about themselves after a heart break. But not Katrina! She decided to make it her strength and work hard on her body. The result of all those crunches is out in the open for all to see in the video of the dance number ‘Kala Chashma’!
