During the trailer launch of Fitoor, Katrina Kaif talked about love, Ranbir Kapoor and third party interference.
Katrina Kaif talked about love and her character Firdaus in Fitoor. According to Katrina, her character is very romantic and the tagline of the film, “Ye Ishq Nahin Aasan…” goes on to say that love is not easy and even though it is not easy, it is beautiful. She said, “Never a truer line has been spoken. Love is not easy. But even though it is not easy it can be the most beautiful thing. That’s why so many movies are made on love because it is so complex and hard to understand. So I think it’s a very apt line.”
Talking more about relationships, she further added, “Sometimes a third party can create a conflict and become a spoiler in your relationship.” Any guesses about who this third party is? Is she talking about Ranbir’s ex Deepika Padukone? Katrina has always been quite insecure about them, in fact during her interview with GQ, she accepted that she that she isn’t entirely happy about Deepika and Ranbir working together in Tamasha.
She was also asked about the picture of her and Ranbir embracing and kissing on the balcony of their home. She feigned ignorance to the picture initially. When the reporters pointed out that it was all over the newspapers and they were seen embracing in it, she said, “Embraced..It’s always nice to be embraced.”
Katrina sure knows how to tackle such questions.
