As expected Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan starrer Kapoor & Sons witnessed tremendous growth on Sunday. The movie saw a growth of more than 60% compared to the opening day which a highly positive sign for the upcoming days. As per the reports in Box Office India, Kapoor & Sons had a huge Sunday with the collection of 11+ crores. The movie now stands at the total of 26.35 crores.
On Sunday, the movie performed to its full potential as the evening and late night shows were housefull in metros like Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The movie is performing exceptionally well in target metropolitan cities however the mass centers and single screens dominated cities are on a lower side.

Made on a constraint budget of 38 crores, Kapoor & Sons is expected to be in profit by the end of the first week. The movie is expected to remain strong as the reviews have been exceptional. The WOM of the general public is also positive. Kapoor & Sons comes as a big relief for Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra after the debacle of Shaandaar and Brothers.
