The movie opened on an average note in the morning shows and witnessed growth as the day progressed. Overall, it turned out to be a decent opening day for Jolly LLB 2. Jolly LLB 2 First Day Box Office Collection: Occupancy Report
Jolly LLB 2 opened to a decent occupancy of 35% in the morning shows. It witnessed good growth as the day progressed and manages to hit 65% occupancy in the nights shows. As expected, NCR, Punjab and north India were the best circuits as Akshay Kumar enjoys a huge fan following in these regions. Overall, it turned out an average day for Jolly LLB 2 as the overall occupancy was around 45%.
On the first day, the movie was affected by a delay in advance bookings. If the advance booking was started a few days back then the movie have opened to much better numbers.
Jolly LLB 2 1st Day Collection: Official Collection
As per official numbers shared by Taran Adarsh, Jolly LLB 2 first day collection is 13.2 crores. This is a below-expected opening as we were expecting the movie to earn at least 15 crores. The movie is bound to show grow on Saturday and Sunday as it has received good reviews. We are expecting the movie to cloak 50 crores mark in the opening weekend.
Jolly LLB 2 is the 8th highest opening day grosser for Akshay Kumar. The movie failed to beat the opening day numbers of Akshay Kumar’s last two movies, Housefull 3 and Rustom. However, it managed to beat the first-day collection of Airlift which was released on around 2200 screens. As mentioned above, the movie has been affected by the delay in advance booking.
All hopes are now on Saturday and Sunday as the movie needs to show huge growth to post a good opening weekend numbers.
