The first thing which comes to our mind when we hear the title of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming romantic flick Jab Harry Met Sejal is the typical rom-com ‘When Harry Met Sally.’
Along with a positive reception, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer romantic flick garnered interest, whether the story is comparable.
Well, in an interview, when asked whether Jab Harry Met Sejal is inspired from ‘When Harry Met Sally’, he immediately replied, “No, not at all, it’s a way to attribute.”

“The films have no resemblance, apart from the fact that we can anticipate our movie can also be lone of that sort of unabashed classic love stories. ‘When Harry Met Sally’ is one of the supreme love stories ever made in the past of world cinema. Ranbir ( who is playing Anushka’s fiance in the film) said, myself, we all thought, ‘When Harry Met Sally’ is such a preferred film and also a love story, there’s nothing regarding the stories, which is parallel. It’s fairly original, an enjoyable love story by Imtiaz Ali. But it’s a take-off from When Harry Met Sally as that movie is a classic one. It’s a manner to attribute.
Well, according to King Khan, Jab Harry Met Sejal is ‘a funny, unabashed love story.’
When asked whether the title of the cult classic ‘When Harry met Sally’ will lend a hand in garnering interest for ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal,’ the ‘Raees’ actor replied, “I hope I’m able to garner that magnetism.”

“I’ll try my best. I look forward to people come to see the film for Imtiaz, Anushka and me. I believe ‘When Harry Met Sally’ is more of a metaphor now, rather than a title,” the actor said.
‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ showcases Shah Rukh Khan, portraying the role of a tourist guide for Euro tours, Harry from Punjab while Anushka plays a Gujarati tourist girl, Sejal. Rest that follows is an unabashed love story.
The romantic flick was widely shot in Amsterdam, Budapest, Lisbon, Prague and Punjab and marks Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s third film together, after ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ and ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan.’ Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s adorable chemistry has always created wonders at the box office, we hope the film to take the box office by storm.
