Housefull 3 Advance Booking and Online Booking have had a good start so far.
Housefull 3 is all set to release this weekend and the box-office reports for the movie look quite good. This weekend looks especially good for the movie as IPL has just ended making it a huge weekend. Housefull 3 Advance Booking has already started in almost all the major cities across the country.
Housefull 3 is expected to do some good business considering the fact that it is a popular franchise, has short run time, big release size, audience friendly genre and post-IPL period. Though, comedy movies generally have low advance booking as compared to the big films when it comes to multiplexes. But Bollywood has a desperate need of big initial release now more than ever with Hollywood releases beating Hindi movies almost every alternate week.
The advance report of single screens has been much better for comedy movies. Ever since Akshay Kumar gave us good movies like Baby, Gabbar Is Back and Airlift, his fan following has shooted up amongst the multiplex audiences, so we can expect a good advance booking there too. Considering all this, Housefull 3 is expected to be the biggest release of the year. The screen count and show timings of Housefull 3 at multiplexes and single screens is almost the same or slightly higher than that of SRK’s Fan.
