One of the most awaited song of the year “Indiawaale” from Happy New Year is finally here and looks like it’s the new party anthem! The song starts with SRK wearing a navy blue hot blazer, emerging from the crowd singing the first few lines. Following which, Deepika descends the party hall from the staircase wearing a royal blue lehanga and blouse pairing up with a stunning long dupatta. Sonu Sood and Boman Irani then join the couple and dance together. After that, SRK and Deepika share a romantic dance space alone and the sizzling chemistry between the two is quite clear. Then later, the entire star cast sizzle on the dance stage of the World Dance Champion. Deepika looks hot in a red revealing short dress, while the boys wear blue suits with golden threaded work.
Director Farah Khan claims its the best song from the movie. KK and Shankar Mahadevan have sung the peppy number composed by Vishal-Shekhar who are the regular music composers for any Shahrukh Khan movies. The lyrics have been penned down by Irshad Kamil and music is directed by Sandeep Chowta.
The tagline in the song video reads, ” Iss Diwaali Pyaar Se Todenge Dilon Ke Taale, Indiawaale” . The song had created waves much before it released thanks to the background music of it in the trailer. Since then, the fans have shown their eagerness for the song. Happy New Year is about how 5 friends- SRK, Deepika, Boman Iraani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah are on a mission to rob money posing as contestants of World Dance Championship. The film has been shot in Dubai and Mumbai. Amazing sights have been shown in the trailer and fans are very much excited to see the King back on-screen with Deepika.
