Happy Ending, starring Saif Ali Khan, Govinda and Ileana D’Cruz in the lead, has opened to an average response at domestic Box Office. Released on around 2000 screens across the country, Happy Ending opened to a low occupancy in morning shows.

The movie has created enough buzz before its release because of some great music and refreshing, quirky promos. Happy Ending is a multiplex oriented movie targeted mainly to the multiplex audience.
