Ajay Devgn’s this week release Drishyam has shown good growth in its first weekend at Box Office. As predicted by us, the movie opened to an average response with opening day collection of 8 crores. Released on around 2400 screens across the country this Ajay Devgn starer intense thriller showed decent growth on Saturday and Sunday thanks to superb reviews by critics and positive WOM from public.
Drishyam collected around 11 crores on its third day as per early estimates. With 28.45 crores in its first weekend, the movie has now become the seventh highest opening weekend grosser of 2015.
