Dilwale 15th Day Collection: 3rd Friday Box Office collection report, Expected lifetime and final verdict of Shahrukh Khan and Kajol starer Dilwale.

Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale remains low on its 3rd Friday at the domestic Box Office. After a poor second week with the collection of around 35 crores, the screen count of the movie has been reduced further. According to early estimates, Dilwale 15th day collection will be around 2.3 crores.
The movie is consistently collecting around 2.5 crores for the last five days. At the end of 15 days, Dilwale stands at the total collection of 137.58 crores. Considering the current trend, it is almost certain that Dilwale will be short of Tanu Weds Manu Returns (152 crores). The movie is likely to remain as the 5th highest grosser of 2015 after Bajrangi Bhaijaan (320 crores), Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (208 crores), Tanu Weds Manu Returns (152 crores) and Bajirao Mastani (141.5 crores).

Dilwale 2nd  week Collection: 31.63 crores
Dilwale 15th day collection: 3.3 crores

The new year festivities have given a small boost to Dilwale on its 3rd Friday. However, the movie will continue to drop on coming days and may end up its Box Office journey by the end of this week with the lifetime collection of around 150 crores. The movie is severely affected by its clash with Bajirao Mastani which is still going strong at the domestic Box Office. If released individually, Dilwale would have easily made 200 crores.

Dilwale may be struggling at the domestic Box Office but the movie is performing exceptionally well in overseas. Dilwale has already grossed 300 crores at worldwide Box Office. The movie is the biggest Bollywood blockbuster in overseas.

Despite its average performance, Dilwale is in the safe zone because of Red Chillies’ marketing and distribution plan. The movie has already recovered its budget of 130 crores through satellite and music rights. As the movie has recovered its budget, it will be a profitable venture for its producers but the distributors have to incur losses. Final Verdict: Average in Domestic, ATBB in overseas.

  1. Dilwale is lovely.n srk too
he’s still ahead .. Dilwale ws banned in 4 states.. n screens wr also reduced.. stil it manages to make huge amount.. thats d power of king khan.

  2. if 145 is not ‘ hit ‘ then bajirao mastani with 125-130cr budget is also not hit… its not about distributors loss or profit … the real budget of dilwale is 100 cr and if it does 145-150 cr in domestic it will b ‘hit’ not average … fake verdicts ….

  3. Comment:agar dilwale is avg then what abt bajirao mastani.it collection till 149 cr and budget is 150 cr so till bajirao is below avg…
by clash both movie got loss little bit…

  4. We have included SRK’s fee in the total budget. Secondly, even you take 100 crores as a budget, 145 crores lifetime is an average verdict. the movie needs to do atleast 160 crores for being in hit zone. 180 + will be super hit. more than 220 crores will be a blockbuster. Thanks for your comment Rohit.. I know you are a big SRK fan..

  5. First of all Dilwale is not a Average fair in domestic..Dilwale is a Hit in India and Atbb in overseas..and overall Verdict is SuperHIt(India150+140Expected Overseas)..and 130cr is not a dilwale movie Budget its 100cr for Dilwale..
