The movie opened to an occupancy of around 85% in the morning shows. Dangal has witnessed huge growth in occupancy compared to both Friday and Saturday. 2nd day collection: 34.82 crores
3rd day collection: 42.35 crores
With the collection of 42.35 crores on Sunday, Dangal now stands at the total collection of 106.95 crores. The movie has beaten biggies like Sultan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and PRDP to become the third highest opeing weekend grosser of Bollywood.
Talking about the lifetime collection, 300 crores is looking obvious considering there is no competition for the next two weeks. The real challenge for the movie is to beat lifetime collection of Sultan and PK and become highest Bollywood grosser.
