Akshay Kumar’s Rustom and Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro are two of the most awaited movies of 2016. While Rustom is based on the 1959 Nanavati case, Mohenjo Daro is set in the ancient city of Mohenjo-Daro in the era of the Indus Valley civilization.
None of the filmmakers are in the mood to shift the release date of their respective movies and it seems that we are in for the biggest Box Office clash of 2016. Ashutosh Gowariker has already made it clear that they have announced the release date more than a year ago, January 15, 2015. It was expected that the makers of Rustom may shift the release date to avoid the clash but they seem to some other ideas in their minds. As per the reports coming in, the makers have decided to lock horns with Mohenjo Daro. The makers are quite assured that Rustom will not be affected by the clash as the budget of the movie is low. It would not be a big issue for the movie to recover its budget and emerged as a decent hit at the Box Office.
