Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has emerged as a clean hit at the domestic Box Office. Despite its clash with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay, ADHM is performing at Box Office. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil 2nd Week Box Office Collection Report
After a superb opening week with the collection of 80.19 crores, the movie managed to sustain well in the second weekend and earned around 16 crores. However, after the second weekend, the movie saw big fall on second Monday and has been sustaining on the lower levels.
For the last two days, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil have has affected by ban on Rs 1000 and Rs 500 notes. On its 14th day, ADHM collected around 1.7 crores. At the end of the second week, ADHM now stands at the total collection of around 104.5 crores. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is the sixth movie of 2016 to cross 100 crores. The other five being Sultan, Rustom, Airlift, Housefull 3 and MS Dhoni – The Untold Story.
Not only in India, ADHM is performing exceptionally well in overseas as well. Till its 13th day, ADHM has grossed 216 crores worldwide which include 72 crores from overseas. It is currently the second highest overseas grosser of 2016 after Sultan.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil 2nd Week Box Office Collection: Way Ahead
Made on a budget of 90 crores, ADHM has emerged as a clean hit at the Box Office. The movie still has a chance to add more moolah as the new releases have opened on a lower note. We are expecting ADHM to touch 120 crores by the end of its Box Office journey.
The success of ADHM comes as a big relief for Ranbir Kapoor whose last four movies bombed at the Box Office. ADHM is Ranbir Kapoor’s third 100 crores grosser after YJHD and Barfi. It is also Anushka Sharma’s fourth 100 crore grosser after PK, Sultan and JTHJ. ADHM is Aishwarya’s first 100 crore grosser.
