Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor starrer Befikre had an average opening week at the domestic Box office. Released on 2100 screens in India, the movie got off to tremendous start earning 10.36 crores on the first day. The movie witnessed super growth and end the first weekend with the collection of 34.36 crores.
The movie managed to hold well on Monday thanks to Eid holiday. The real problem starts from Tuesday when then movie saw huge drops of around 65%. Befikre continued to fall with each passing day. Have a look at the day-wise Box Office collection of Befikre.

The first week Box Office collection of Befikre is 12th highest of 2016. It is less than films like Dishoom and Mohenjo Daro. Befikre managed to beat the opening week numbers of Dear Zindagi (47 crores) but the later has a low budget.
Befikre First Week Collection: Way Ahead
The trend is not encouraging and it seems that Befikre might wrap up around or below 60 crore mark at the Box office. If the movie fails to sustain in the second weekend then even 55 crores is a daunting task.
As reported earlier, Befikre is a safe bet for the makers. Made on a budget of 70 crores, the movie has already recovered around 36 crores through satellite, music and digital rights. The movie is a flop at the Box Office.
