Bang Bang was one of the most successful movies of 2014. The movie was one of the biggest grossers of 2014 with the domestic collection of around 180 crores. Well, motivated by its success the makers are planning a sequel to it. The sad part remains that neither Hrithik nor Katrina will be the part of it. The sequel to be directed by Siddharth Anand will see a fresh jodi. As per the reports coming up, Katrina will be replaced by Jacqueline Fernandez who is currently in a top notch as far as her Bollywood career is concerned.
As for Hrithik, he was quite interested to be the part of the sequel, but he couldn’t allocate his dates as he would be busy with Ashutosh Gowariker‘s Mohenjo Daro.
As per the latest reports coming up, Sidharth Malhotra may replace Hrithik in the sequel though there is no official confirmation on the star cast yet.
A source close to film confirmed the sequel saying, “Like the original, the main character emerges from a mysterious background and the story unfolds through chase sequences.”
