Akshay Kumar has replaced Arshad Warsi in Jolly LLB 2, to essay the character of a lawyer in the sequel to sleeper hit film. The details of the sequel to Jolly LLB that starred Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani and Saurabh Shukla.
According to the latest reports in the buzz of B-Town, Akshay Kumar has signed director Subhash Kapoor’s next film that is the sequel to Jolly LLB. The film will be yet again inspired by a high profile incident and will go on floors in October or November this year. Like the prequel, the story of the sequel will also revolve around the judiciary system in India with the only change of the lead hero. Instead of Arshad Warsi, Akshay Kumar will essay the character of a lawyer.
A source from Fox-Star Studio confirmed the news to a leading website by saying, “Yes, we are in advanced talks with Akshay and if all goes well, we shall make an official announcement soon.” Apart from Jolly LLB 2, Akshay Kumar upcoming films include Rustom, Robot 2.0, Namaste England, Ikka and Awara Pagal Deewana 2.
