Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had a decent third weekend at the Box Office. Like other movies, ADHM was also severely affected by demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. In its third week, ADHM earned 3.4 crores in the third weekend to take its total collection to 108.26 crores.
With the total collection of 108.26 crores, ADHM is now the 5th highest grosser of 2016. It has beaten the lifetime collection of Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 3 (108.1 crores).
Looking and the current pace and considering the demonetization to affect the movies for the next few days, it seems difficult for ADHM to beat Rustom (127.42 crores) to take the 4th position in the top 10 grossers list for 2016.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil 3rd Weekend Collection: Way Ahead
Made on a budget of 90 crores, ADHM has emerged as a clean hit at the Box Office. We are expecting ADHM to end its Box Office journey with the collection of 115 crores.
The success of ADHM comes as a big relief for Ranbir Kapoor whose last four movies bombed at the Box Office. ADHM is Ranbir Kapoor’s third 100 crores grosser after YJHD and Barfi. It is also Anushka Sharma’s fourth 100 crore grosser after PK, Sultan and JTHJ. ADHM is Aishwarya’s first 100 crore grosser.
