The teaser trailer, promos, trailers, songs and the promotional interviews for the movie has created quite a buzz and fans are going crazy. We give you 5 reasons to watch Jagga Jasoos this weekend:

1.) Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif Jodi: Oh come on, we don’t even need to say this! The adorable ex-couple are back on-screen after ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani’ and ‘Rajneeti’. They look fantastic together and there is a certain vibe we get by watching them on-screen.

2.) First of its kind musical film: Jagga Jasoos is a first of its kind musical movie as apparent from the trailer. Though Hollywood has released many successful movies in this genre, Jagga Jasoos will be Bollywood’s first musical, courtesy Ranbir Kapoor.

3.) Ranbir Kapoor’s character: As soon as we saw the promos of Ranbir, we were immediately reminded of “Prem” from ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani’. A happy go lucky guy who stammers has an eye for one girl (Katrina in both movies), who is always jumping from one mess to another. Major Ajab Gazab vibes!

4.) Songs: The songs of Jagga Jasoos are catchy, different and quirky! “Galti Se Mistake” is our current favourite for Ranbir’s goofy yet flawless dance steps and expressions, while Katrina Ranbir’s dance track “Ullu Ka Pattha” makes us dance right now!

5.) Directed by Anurag Basu: The legendary director of award-winning movie ‘Barfi!’ is also the director for this much-awaited movie and needless to say, Anurag Dada is one director whose movie we shouldn’t miss.
